Extract spool file attributes
FormSprint's Extract function can extract many spool file attributes such spool file creation data and time, number of pages and user the spool file belongs to  more>>
Provide check numbering
FormSprint's check number function can be used to number checks where there is no number in the spool file or create a serial number.  more>>
Create unique output spool file formtypes
Permits mutliple formtypes. For instance, a check could have one formtype that stops printing so check stock and MICR toner can be loaded in the printer and a different formtype for copies that stops the printer again so regular paper and toner can be loaded before printing the check copies.  more>>

Print Labels
Labels complete with bar codes are easily designed and printed using FormSprint. Page tiling allows data from multiple spool file pages to be printed on a single sheet of labels. Zebra ZPL II printers are supported as well as laser printers.  more>>
Reduce Number of Printed Pages
When converting from line printers to laser printers FormSprint can take advantage of the clearer laser printing to combine spool file pages to reduce page count by using smaller fonts and increasing lines per inch.  more>>
Add Special Effects
Using HP Graphics Language, FormSprint can produce special effects such as rounded corners. A PCL escape sequence can also be called with FormSprint. more>>
Control Printer Finishing Equipment
PJL commands can be loaded from the form definition to add additional set up commands for a particular form. more>>
